Shipping and Returns
Please allow at least one week for delivery. Most of our curated gifts are processed within 1-2 business days. If you need your order on or by a specific date please email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to make it happen!
We ship via USPS. Final shipping costs will be displayed when you are completing your order and will vary depending on the weight of your gift(s). Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you just as pretty as they left us. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your item, we can’t offer a refund or exchange for damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. If applicable send your item to: 6006 Gentle Knoll Lane, Dallas Texas US 75248. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
